Consent Workshop by Michael Heufler
In this consent workshop, we will introduce you to the concept of consent and how we define it. Moreover, we will briefly illustrate where consent plays a role outside of the sexual context and how to practice it.
The main part of the workshop is to talk and reflect on the idea of consent and how to include it into our daily lives. The aim is to improve awareness and to get practice in saying “NO” (and “Yes”) via different methods. We discuss the importance of setting boundaries and how to view a “NO” in a different light and we can learn to appreciate it .
We will share helpful tools for checking yourself in various situations to create confidence in communication which is key for a healthy sex life.

Michael Heufler
Reiki Teacher and TCM practitioner, event organizer, chairman of the Association for Social Openness and Loving Society.
Spending his teenage years with dealing and healing his past. He worked for years in psychological self therapy and systemic family therapy.
In his twenties he opened himself up, studied and practiced alternative medicine such as Reiki, Kinesiology, Acupressure, The Bars and more.
Three years ago he started the project S.O.U.L. – Symbiosis Of United Love which became an association for the promotion of social openness and loving society.
His heart and energy is focused on the growth of this expanding and love caring network.
By leaving principles like respect, consent, kindness and openness the members create and enjoy a safe place for diversity.
