Event Details
Water can trigger very primal fears, such as not being able to breathe and loss of control. This workshop invites you to face those fears and will show ways and possibilities to adapt to the new conditions. You’ll learn to quietly embrace and – very likely! – to love the unfamiliar element. Together we’ll explore the exceptional place where fear disappears, replaced by positive new experiences.
We don’t go to extremes: Playing with water is a unique way of showing and exchanging elementary feelings: Trust. Security. Calmness. Opening up.
Topics will include:
– Resistance and physical control in water
– The calmness of not breathing
– Facing your fears: Breath control with (and in) water
– Restriction in water: Trusting our partner
– BDSM play with water: Different options
– Physiological and unfamiliar aspects: What happens with your body under water?
Safety and getting acquainted with water under the special conditions of BDSM will be an important issue. And we’ll be available to answer your questions associated with water- and breathplay.
Practical Info:
Please bring a spare T-Shirt that could get wet.
Optional: Neopren suit or shirt, a pair of swim goggles, perhaps a nose clip (if you are sensitive to getting water into your nose) or a diving mask.

Event Details
Water invites us to play and to experiment with our bodies under significantly altered conditions. When we wrestle in water, we realize that the physical conditions we normally rely on have dramatically changed. The most important aspects are: breathing, weightlessness, the fact that we don’t have to be afraid of hurting ourselves by falling, and the slowing down of our motions as a result of the water’s resistance.
Many tactics that were promising outside the pool don’t work anymore – at least not in exactly the same way. But on the other hand we gain new possibilities. Water wrestling is a consensual confrontation that allows us to feel our power and our partner’s power, and to experience how physical we are in a unique, intense way.
Safety and getting acquainted with water under the special conditions of playful wrestling will be an important issue.

Event Details
Rough Body Play is a very direct physical manifestation of BDSM which focuses less on tools and toys and more on direct physical dominance or stylized confrontation. Overpowering games allow us to experience our own strength and power in a particularly acute way. Despite its obvious physical aspect, Rough Body Play also features a strong psychological component.
In their unique concept, Frank & Sheila blend elements of martial arts, playful fighting and BDSM and turn them into arts of pleasure and kink. It will become apparent how experiences of strength, control and intense stimuli can evoke a wide range of feelings – from lust and pleasure to a meditative state of mind.
The workshop is intended not just for experienced BDSM players who are interested in carnal scenarios, but also for those who are seeking to take a first step towards BDSM (the focus on one’s body and feelings rather than on tools can be helpful here).
