Event Details

They call breath “the bridge between body and mind,” as if the two were ever separate.

Breath is automatic, constant, unnoticed—until it isn’t.

The moment it comes under conscious control, it becomes a portal. An edge. A site of play.

To intervene in someone else’s breathing is to step directly into their most immediate need.

It is intimate, unsettling, strangely electric. It can feel like care. It can feel like power. It can feel like synchronicity.

This is not about endurance or extremes. It is about curiosity, responsiveness, and the subtle alchemy that occurs when breath is shared, guided, or withheld.

It is about how the simplest act—air in, air out—can become a site of tension, arousal, attention or change.

Breathplay is not suitable for everyone. It should be avoided by people with very high or very low blood pressure, asthma, high anxiety, or those who are pregnant.
